HONEY BAKED HAM & CAFE OPENS IN CAPE
Honey Baked Hams Near William & S. Mount Auburn in Cape
Joel Niekirk, will convert his Heavenly Ham Company to Honey Baked Hams & Cafe and move the operation from the Wal-Mart area to a new location in the 18,000-square-foot Park West Centre at 201 S. Mount Auburn Road.
The national franchise retail ham store and sandwich shop will feature a drive-through, among other amenities. Offerings will include signature spiral sliced, hardwood smoked, honey-spice glazed hams; smoked and oven-roasted turkeys; and hickory-smoked ribs, bacon and Omaha Steaks. The local operation will also offer a sit down dining area complete with sandwiches to order and deserts.
